Microwave the white chocolate chips and the semisweet chips in separate bowls in 30 second increments, mixing between microwave bursts until smooth and fully melted. Spoon the melted chocolates onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet. With the back of a spoon, spread out the chocolates, swirling the colors together as you go. Sprinkle the candy all over and press gently into the chocolate. Refrigerate for an hour. Remove from fridge and use a pizza slicer to cut into random shapes.
Microwave the white chocolate chips in 30 second increments, mixing between microwave bursts until smooth and liquid. Spoon melted chocolate over the front and top of each cookie, holding the cookie upright so the chocolate drips down. Use the mini chocolate chips to give your ghost cookies eyes and a mouth. Place each cookie ghost on wax paper until the chocolate has set.
Microwave the white chocolate chips and the semisweet chips in separate bowls in 30 second increments, mixing between microwave bursts until smooth. Dip the chocolate wafer cookies in the melted semisweet chocolate until fully coated. Place on a sheet of wax paper. Spoon the melted white chocolate into a small plastic sandwich bag. Cut a tiny corner off the bag to pipe concentric circles onto each cookie. Using a tooth pick or the tip of a sharp knife, draw lines through the two types of chocolate from the center of the cookie to the outside 6 or more times until you achieve the desired spider web effect. Allow cookies to rest until fully set.
On a cookie sheet, spread out the chocolate fudge cookies so the chocolate coated bottom is facing up. Squeeze a small dollop of icing onto the center of each cookie. Place a kiss on top of each dollop and pipe a thin orange ribbon of icing around the base of each kiss. Set aside until icing has set.
Prepare your favorite brownie recipe in a 9x13 inch pan. (Please note, if this is a bigger pan than you usually use, your brownies will cook faster.) Cool for 5 minutes before unmolding onto a cutting board. Allow brownies to cool fully before using the cookie cutters to cut out cute bat shapes. (Don’t want to waste the leftover brownies? Crumble them up and layer with chocolate pudding in a small plastic cup before topping with gummy worms for some fun “mud cups.”)
Prepare the Best Chocolate Cake recipe batter and spoon into cupcake cups instead of round cake pans. Full recipe will yield 24 cupcakes. Bake according to recipe instructions. Top with orange frosting and festive Halloween sprinkles.
Microwave the white chocolate chips in 30 second increments, mixing between microwave bursts until smooth. Spoon melted chocolate over the tops of the pretzels until fully covered. Set the chocolate covered pretzels on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Give the pretzels eyes with the mini chocolate chips. Once the chocolate has started to set, microwave the remaining chocolate until liquid again and spoon into a small plastic sandwich bag. Cut a tiny corner of the bag and drizzle chocolate over the pretzel sticks to give them “bandages.” Set aside until chocolate is fully set.
